Post Office burglar alarm, Coventry, 2013

Nameless Post Office burglar alarm, Coventry • There’s been much talk of Post Office bell boxes, so here’s one I found recently on a big old sorting office in Coventry. To me, it looks like an anonymous silver Thorn drum. But maybe it isn’t an alarm at all. • Spotted: Bishop Street, Coventry, Warwickshire, CV2, England, 2013 • Politics: In the Labour constituency of Coventry South

  1. I’ve seen the same on Natwests (inc. in Bath) c/w tiny yellow strobe hole. Of no use to anyone is the fact that I used to walk past this every day for 2 years – last time would have been 2009 – and collected a fair few missed parcels from round the enquiry office!
